LocalFlirtCam Privacy Policy
A video chat site cannot connect two people without knowing a little about each of them. This page explains, in plain words, what LocalFlirtCam learns about you, why, who helps us run the service, how long things are kept and which requests you can make. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and a person will answer.

The policy applies to localflirtcam.com in any browser and to the home-screen shortcut you can create from it. It covers you whether you only opened the site once as a guest or you have been following people for months. It starts to apply as soon as the page loads, because a guest profile is created for you at that point so the match screen can work.
“LocalFlirtCam”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean the people who operate localflirtcam.com. “You” is whoever is using the site on the device in question. This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service; where both deal with the same subject, read them together.
Much of what we store is information you decide to add. The guest profile starts almost empty, and everything you put on it after that is up to you.
Some information exists only because the site is running. When a match happens we log that it happened, in which mode, and when it ended. Follows, blocks, club memberships and your list of past chats are stored so they are still there next time you visit.
Your browser asks before the camera or microphone starts, and nothing switches on until you allow it. Sound and picture travel between you and the other person so the call can take place. We also collect device and connection details such as browser type, operating system, language, an approximate region worked out from your IP address and error logs, so the site loads correctly, shows the right language and can spot abuse.
We work with service providers for hosting, content delivery, real-time audio and video, translation, payments, analytics and email. They handle information only to do that job for us and under contracts that limit what they may do with it. Payment details such as card numbers go to the payment provider and are not stored by LocalFlirtCam.
We may share information when the law requires it, to answer a valid legal request, or to protect someone’s safety. If LocalFlirtCam is ever sold or merged, user information may move to the new owner, who would have to respect this policy or tell you about changes first.
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above. Some records, such as purchase records and information connected to reports, may be kept longer where the law or an open safety case requires it. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or made anonymous.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, have your account deleted, or object to some uses of it. Email the support address above from the address linked to your account, or include the account ID shown on your profile. We may ask one question to make sure the account is yours before acting on the request.
Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to a data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to sort the problem out with you first.
The site stores small pieces of data in your browser, through cookies and local storage, to keep your guest session, remember settings such as language, and measure how pages perform. If you clear them, the site forgets your guest session on that browser, so add login details to your profile first if you want to keep your follows and coins.
LocalFlirtCam is not meant for anyone under the age set out in the Terms of Service, and we remove accounts that we learn belong to someone younger. When this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, where it is appropriate, show a notice on the site.
