01 Who may use LocalFlirtCam

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to agree to these terms. You may not use the site if we have removed an account of yours before, or if using it would break the law in your country.

You are responsible for what happens on your account, including on a guest profile. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.

A guest profile is tied to the browser where it was created. If you clear that browser’s data before adding login details, the profile and anything on it, including coins and follows, may not be recoverable. Adding login details from your profile protects against that.

02 Your profile and what it shows

Your profile is visible to the people you meet, in the online list and in clubs you join, so treat it as public. Your display name and photos must be your own and must not pretend to be somebody else. Do not put phone numbers, social media handles, links or anything else meant to move people off the site into your profile. We may change or remove profile content that breaks these terms.

03 How to treat people

LocalFlirtCam is for light, friendly flirting between people who both want to be there. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or keep contacting someone who has blocked you or said no;
• show nudity or sexual acts on camera, or share sexual images in messages or clubs;
• take screenshots or recordings of other people without their consent, or share them anywhere;
• ask anyone for money, gift cards, banking details or account passwords, or run any kind of scam;
• advertise, spam, post links or promote other services;
• involve anyone under 18 in any way, or let them use your account;
• use bots, scripts or fake accounts, or interfere with how the site works.

04 Clubs

Clubs are group chats. Club owners set how people join (directly, by application or by invitation) and can remove members. Every club follows these terms plus the club rules shown inside it, which forbid harassment, screenshots and screen recordings, promoting other apps and sharing outside contact details or links. New clubs are reviewed before they open, and we may close any club that breaks the rules.

05 Paying with coins, and the free matches before that

LocalFlirtCam is free to start. New users receive free matches, and the Reward Center offers more for time spent online. After that, matches and some other features use coins, which you buy in the site. Gifts in chats and live streams are also sent with coins. You see the price of a coin package before paying for it.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used up when spent. Purchases are final except where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund. Free matches and Reward Center offers may change or end.

06 Live streams on the site

In the Live tab you can watch girls who stream on LocalFlirtCam, write comments, send gifts and ask for a one-on-one call. Streaming is only on the girls’ side; a user account cannot go live. Comments follow the same rules as everything else on the site.

07 Photos, posts and messages you share

Whatever you post remains yours. You give LocalFlirtCam permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the service, for example to show your photo to people you meet or deliver a message to a club. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not break the law or these terms.

08 Reports, warnings and removals

Anyone can report an account from a chat, a profile, a club or a live stream. We may review reports and related activity and, where we believe the rules were broken, warn, limit, suspend or remove the account, with or without notice. Coins on an account removed for breaking these terms are not refunded unless the law requires it.

09 What we cannot promise

We work to keep the site running and the matches coming, but we cannot promise it will always be available, that there will always be someone to match with, or that any chat will go the way you hope. The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows, and LocalFlirtCam is not responsible for what other users say or do.

10 Changes and ending your use

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These terms are the whole agreement between you and LocalFlirtCam about using the site.

We may update these terms. When the change is important we update the date above and, where appropriate, show a notice. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account by email.
